What it is
Deciding what to learn next is mostly guesswork, and guessing wrong costs you six months. Tarmac reads the jobs being advertised for the role and country you are aiming at, takes off what you already know, and hands you the rest in the order employers ask for it. Each gap comes with something to read and a test to pass, so you can stop wondering whether you are studying the right thing.
The hard part
The job market moves every week, so a figure from last quarter is already wrong. Everything on the board is worked out from postings open right now, and if there are too few postings to say something useful, the page says so.
